FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

As a reminder, we have not launched yet! But when we are, Rooted in More will offer individual therapy, community groups, and resource navigation. Our community groups will be specifically designed for LGBTQ+ individuals, those in non-monogamous relationships, and those in non-traditional family systems. We also help clients find and access a wide range of resources, because we know that addressing mental health within our queer community requires a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that come with being part of this community.

How do I get started?

2

You can reach us at ~ info@rootedinmore.org. From there, we'll connect you with our client portal to get your intake process started. We're telehealth only, which means you can access care from wherever you are on the Front Range or anywhere in Colorado

What makes you different?

3

Rooted in More was built specifically for communities that have too often been overlooked in mental health spaces. As a queer and polyamorous-affirming practice, we understand the unique challenges that our community faces, and the ways that traditional mental health spaces don't always do a great job of meeting our needs. Our co-founders have lived experience within the communities they serve, and our approach is inclusive, sex-positive, and authentically affirming for LGBTQ+ individuals, non-monogamous relationships, and non-traditional family structures.

Why do you only offer telehealth services?

5

Because accessibility matters. We are using telehealth to keep our overhead costs as low as possible. This allows us to keep our services affordable and accessible, removing two of the biggest barriers to mental health care: cost and commute. Wherever you are in Colorado, quality, affirming care and resources are just a click away.
