Our Story
Although we didn't know it yet, Rooted in More started in 5th grade at a Colorado Springs school district production of Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? We were two kids from different elementary schools, competing side by side. But by the end of that evening, competitors had become friends, and that was the beginning of a partnership that has never stopped growing.
We've been doing group projects together since we were 12, and Rooted in More is our biggest and best one yet!
Co-founding this practice is the natural extension of a friendship rooted in shared values: a deep commitment to showing up for people who have too often been pushed to the margins of the mental health space. We are proud to bring inclusive, affirming therapy and resources to our hometown and the entire Front Range.

Welcome! I am currently the Business Director for Rooted in More. With my Bachelor’s in Science in Business Management and extensive management experience, I facilitate our practice to promote a positive client experience and an embracing culture. I am currently a Master of Social Work student at Regis College and look forward to serving in practice as a clinician in the future. I am queer and have been polyamorous for 4+ years, and I deeply understand how difficult it can be to find mental health support as a person who doesn’t fit into many molds. I am passionate about providing authentic, inclusive, sex-positive therapy and resources to those in the LGBTQ+ community and those in non-traditional relationships and family structures.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 6 years of social work experience. I have worked with youth, adolescents, and adults. Life can bring many experiences and challenges, and I strive to help you process them on your journey. My hope is to foster a safe environment where you feel comfortable sharing these experiences and help you reach your goals. Your story is important, and you deserve to feel supported through everything you experience, with the tools to feel empowered to navigate it.
